Engineered for true wide grip
Most doorway pull-up bars look long, but raised center locks and bulky hardware reduce the space you can actually grip. TB7 turns more of the bar into usable grip.
Grip where you want
Raised locks and uneven grip surfaces interrupt natural hand placement. TB7's patented center-adjustment system creates one smooth, uninterrupted grip surface across the usable grip area.
PCT/KR2023/018599
TB7 was built to remove the tradeoffs that make traditional doorway bars feel narrower, less natural, and less secure than they should.
Raised locks and bulky hardware cut into the space your hands can actually use.
Uneven sections force you to work around the bar instead of your body.
Basic pressure-fit bars can feel like they might shift, slip, or lose their seat under load.
The TB7 fits any opening between 31.9–36.6″ (81–93 cm). Enter your measurement to check instantly.
Comfortably within the 31.9–36.6 in (81–93 cm) fit range.
S.4-1
Traditional bars lose grip space to raised locks and bulky center hardware. TB7's patented flat structure removes those interruptions, so more of the bar stays open for your hands.

S.4-2
TB7 keeps a consistent 1.6-inch grip across the usable grip area, so your hands do not run into thin sections, raised locks, or awkward grip changes.

S.4-3
As bodyweight is applied, TB7's center-expansion structure helps press the bar outward into the doorway frame, creating a more confident hold during training.

S.4-4
TB7 was load-tested to 573 lb / 260 kg under our standard, giving you confidence before you put your bodyweight on the bar.

S.4-5
Patterned non-slip pads help increase contact with the doorway frame and spread pressure, giving TB7 a steadier seat without screws or drilling.

Set the width, check the level, then twist to secure. No tools. No permanent setup.
Extend the bar to fit your doorway and use the included bubble level to align it evenly.
Twist the center adjuster until the bar is firmly seated. Check the fit before every session.
Mount it high for pull-ups and core work. Set it low for rows, push-ups, sit-up support, and mobility training.

Answers to common questions
I liked it so much I ordered another one and installed it at my parents’ place.

My husband’s been using it like crazy.

I bought it at night and it showed up the next afternoon. It was for my older kid, but I think I like it even more. I hung on it right after setting it up, and it held my weight just fine at almost 200 lbs. After just one try, my hunched back felt so much better.

My husband was so happy when I got this for him.

Installed solidly and works great.

My old one had uncomfortable ends on the grips, so I had to hold it narrow to work out. I bought this while looking for a replacement. The thickness stays even at the ends, so it’s really comfortable to hold. It feels heavy and sturdy too. I think this’ll be great to use.

Super easy to install and really solid. My other bars always felt like they sagged in the middle and were weak, but this one’s totally different. Sturdy and well built. Five stars from me.

The grip feels good and it’s really sturdy. My second daughter is on it every day, hanging around like she’s flying. My third and fourth kids also hang on it all the time, saying it’s cute.

At first I was hanging with my feet on the floor, and now I can hang with my feet off the ground. It still doesn’t slip or move, so it stays in place really well.

I installed it in the door frame and ended up doing pull-ups every time I walked by. At first I could barely do one, but now I can do ten. Thanks.

I already bought one and have been hanging on it for almost a year. I’ve never had much arm muscle or grip strength, so at first I could only hang on for 1 or 2 seconds. Lately I can hang for close to a minute. My mom’s lower back has been bothering her lately and she even got treatment for it, but she still didn’t really feel better. Then she tried hanging from the monkey bars at the playground and said it felt really good. So we bought the same pull-up bar I use and installed it at her place. She’s been using it a lot, haha. I hope she keeps feeling better.

Sturdy and good. Thanks for the fast shipping.

Easy to install, good grip, and easy to use. The only thing is the rubber has a bit of a smell, but I’m guessing that’ll go away with use.

The sturdy plastic and the center twist-to-expand design make it seem like it won’t shrink back even without a safety pin. If you hang a level in the middle, you can check it every time you work out. If the door frame starts to open up, the bar drops a little, so I think it’d be good to check it now and then. The plastic looks strong and like it’ll last a long time, and the bar itself is lightweight.

I bought a cheap one for around ten bucks before, and it had a strong smell, so this time I chose a proper product. I was going to install it on the door, but the frame looked like it might spread, so I put it on the back patio wall instead. The height is just right and I think it’s good. Compared with the ones I’ve used before, this one feels heavier and more trustworthy. I especially like the center expansion design.

Installed firmly and I’m using it well.

The grip is thick, so it helps with forearm work, and it sits nicely in your hand.

I like it. I really like that I can use it with a wide grip.

I bought this to help with my forward head posture, and I hang on the bar every day.

Hmm... I’m using it as a clothes hanger. The product itself is good, safe, and solid.
