Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To initiate a return, you must first contact our customer service team at simon@atflee.com. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
When you contact us, please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable for damaged or defective items)
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide you with return authorization and instructions if your return is approved.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please send returns to the address provided in your return authorization email.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away at simon@atflee.com with photos of the issue so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or final sale merchandise
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Contact us at simon@atflee.com to begin this process.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must meet the same conditions listed above (unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, with receipt). You must still contact us at simon@atflee.com to initiate this return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at simon@atflee.com.
