Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2 PM ET leave our warehouse the next business day.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship with UPS, USPS, and FedEx. The system picks the fastest option for your ZIP code.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to US addresses.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If the label is not printed yet, email support@trahereus.com with the correct address and your order number. This is not guaranteed.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the return window?
You have 14 days from delivery to start a return.
How do I start a return?
Use the Return Portal link on this page or email support with your order number.
Do you charge for return shipping?
We provide a prepaid label and deduct the label cost from your refund.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds post to your original payment method within five business days after we inspect the item.
Can I exchange instead of refund?
Yes. Please contacct suport@trahereus.com.
Warranty
Trahere warrants the TB7 Pull-Up Bar for one year against material or workmanship defects for the first owner. We repair or replace at our cost. Damage from misuse, accidents, or modifications is not covered. Start a claim by emailing support with your order number and photos.
What does the warranty cover?
Material or workmanship defects in the TB7 Pull-Up Bar.
How long is the warranty period?
1 year for the original owner.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Email support@trahereus.com with photos of the issue and your order number.
Do I need to register my product?
No. Your order record is your proof of purchase. You will need the order number and record of purchase for us to process any warranty requests.
Is the warranty transferable if I sell the bar?
No. Coverage applies only to the original owner.
Installation
Will the TB7 fit my door frame?
It fits standard U.S. interior door frames 28–36 in wide with trim.
How much clearance above the trim do I need?
At least ¾ in of flat space above the top trim.
Can I install without tools?
Yes. The bar clamps in place; no drilling required.
How do I adjust the width?
Turn the side knobs until the pads press firmly against the frame, then lock them.

Safety
What is the weight limit?
500 lb static load, 400 lb dynamic.
Can kids use the bar?
Children should use it only under adult supervision.
How often should I inspect the bar?
Check pads and bolts every 90 days or after moving the bar.
Can I do swinging movements like kipping?
No. The TB7 is meant for controlled pull-ups and hangs only.
What surfaces should I avoid?
Do not install on glass surface, metal, or damaged wood frames.
